We can't live a full and complete life without a life-long pursuit of growth in body, mind and spirit. The Spring is here to help you with this growth, and to help you integrate your physical, mental and spiritual aspects into a meaningful whole.

To this end, The Spring offers a wide variety of classes that incorporate body movement and its connection with spirit, such as restorative yoga, yoga flow, Iyengar yoga, and yoga for healthy aging. Our highly trained and certified instructors work with you with a personal, hands-on approach, insuring that you receive the benefits of these ancient body-mind-spirit disciplines.

We also offer classes in meditation techniques from the Eastern and Western traditions, providing you with a way to calm your mind and be present in the moment.

In addition, we have classes and book discussion groups where you can grasp new and uplifting ideas through reading, study and conversation.
