YOGA AND MEDITATION AT THE SPRING
A Journey Toward Wholeness… Yoga and meditation are dynamic tools for enhancing our overall sense of physical well-being, and accessing our true spiritual nature, for healing the physical body, and discovering and connecting with our Source, the Divine within. Through self-awareness and self-transformation the sadhaka (seeker) becomes able to acknowledge and face limitations with mindfulness. Working through these from an attitude of compassion, and with discipline, the student comes to realize unlimited potential as a whole human being, both physical and spiritual. This path of intention will lead us back to Center, where all roads converge in the One. ~Om Shanti Om~
We welcome you to join one of our yoga or meditation classes, as an integral part of your spiritual and wellness practices. You will find our instructors offer individualized instruction that lays a solid foundation in pranayama (breath awareness), asana (physical poses), and dhyana (meditation) to aid you in finding peace and equanimity in your ever evolving experience of Life. ~

Class Descriptions
~Restorative Yoga~
In Restorative Yoga you will be guided through a gentle series of poses that focus on bringing the body and mind into a state of deep calm and ease. The use of props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, belt and chair will allow you to Release, restore, renew, and rediscover your natural state of equilibrium, and experience a greater sense of wholeness through this deeply healing practice.
~Yoga For Alignment~
In the Iyengar tradition, this practice incorporates breath awareness (pranayama), a series of physical poses (asana), and deep relaxation (savasana). Utilizing props such as blankets, bolsters, belts and blocks, the student will experience improved spinal alignment, greater flexibility, enhanced balance, increased strength, circulation, metabolism, and an overall sense of greater well-being. Being in the body, with the breath, this form cultivates enhanced awareness and communion with one’s immediate sensate reality, laying a path for the student's ultimate arrival in the present moment.
~Kundalini Rising Dance Yoga~
Class begins with Vocal Toning, Breathing Techniques, and Yoga that Calms the Mind, Relaxes the Body, Clears Energetic Blockages, and Activates the Chakras. The Subtle Energy Movements of Tai Chi and Qi Gong follow with Free-Form and World Dance Movements that Energize, Heal, and Cleanse your Body, Mind, & Spirit. This class will allow you to come into your center, grounded in the present moment, and connected to your inner-guidance, abundant joy, and self-love. Meanwhile your physical body benefits with a toned and trimmed figure. Every class ends with a guided relaxation meditation.
~Meditation with Your Higher Self~
In this guided meditation class you will experience a deep sense of peace as you are led through various meditation techniques that connect you with your breath, stimulating the pranic flow or life force, the Shakti, igniting the creative energy force, opening and balancing the energy centers of the chakra system, and attuning you to your Higher Self.
