As a resource for body, mind, and spirit, The Spring offers classes and experiences in prayer and meditation to help people develop a meaningful inner life. Through thinking, feeling, and willing, this inner life of the soul is a mediator between our experience as a physical body and a living spirit. The Spring calls upon prayer and meditation traditions developed over thousands of years to establish peace of mind and heart, well-being in body, and faith and vision in spirit.

All are welcome to join in this weekly experience of inspirational readings, music, and reflections on contemporary life in the light of spiritual principles acknowledged by all the world's religious traditions.   The Gatherings help us to live fuller, more meaningful lives, even in stressful times such as these.  For specific weekly topics and speakers, please check our "Events" page.

Community Thought

 Community Thought

To further strengthen our community at The Spring, let us all hold this idea in thought during our personal spiritual practice in the month of March.  This Lenten thought is offered by Rudolf Steiner:

Sunrise of man's earthly pilgrimage
Such is the secret
On the hill of Golgotha.
Kindled on Christmas night
Is the first heralding of dawn.
Now in this dawning's
Gentle light
The soul shall contemplate
Her own true Being's
Spirit-kindred
Living force and fount.

Meditation Chapel

We invite you to visit our inter-faith Meditation Chapel whenever the Emporium is open.  Spend some time in silent contemplation and peaceful silence.  If you have a special prayer request, add it to the "prayer banner" in the Chapel, where it will remain for 30 days.  Visit the Chapel whenever you feel in need of tranquility.

Please check our "Education" page for information about our meditation classes!
